Anak - Cucu - Cicit Chiak Boh Liau

We are more than halfway through the Chinese Year of the Rat and ...

... we have seen many instances of the Ox being taken for a ride by the wily and cunning Rat.

So when a few days ago I came across this :

...... you could knock me down with a feather.  Are these a group of University students from China, Taiwan, or Hong Kong?  Or Thailand? Not Singapore because there would be more labels in English. Besides there's the young lady wearing what looks like the hijab in the top left hand corner. Hard to tell if she's Chinese because of the mask and hijab, probably a Chinese Muslim? Or maybe a burung hitam terbang malam?

Aah! UMANY means University of Malaya Association of New Youth. Again that magic word "NEW" - must have come from the loins of Pakatan Harapan's Malaysia Baru (NEW MALAYSIA).  Strangely enough, for students of a University in Malaysia, I can't see a single word in Bahasa Kebangsaan. Just a lot of Chinese characters, both literally and physically!  Or perhaps they are exchange Chinese students from PRC or ROC. No?  They are our very own Malaysians, born and bred  and educated and nurtured in Malaysia.

2020 is truly indeed the Year of the Rats.

If they are proud to declare their stand with Thailand ...
Bangkok students attending an anti-Monarchy protest.

.
.... they should firsly go back to the University Library and check on that pose with the three-finger salute.

It is actually the standard salute for all Boy Scouts and Girl Guides from all over the world.

I should know because I was a Girl Guide from the age of 12 to 17.

And do these dinky (I am referring to the American English meaning of 'dinky' which is "too small and often not very nice") revolutionaries from UMANY realise that their copy cat salute carry this commitment - to the Monarchy and Country??

How many years of education have they had to get this far in their hunger for a qualification from a well known university in Malaysia?  I somehow believe  they are products of Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan (Cina) Malaysia and they are probably more familiar and at ease with the tenets of Confucius than anything to do with the cultural norms of the  imperialistic Ang Mo Kwai (Red face Devil)  or the Malai Kwai (Malay Devil) .

The freedom of education : a Sekolah Jenis Kebangsaan Cina with their guardian Confucius in a multiracial, multilingual, multicultural, multireligious Malaysia.

Certainly they must have imbibed the Rukun Negara ..
..... and sang for umpteen times the National Anthem which ends with the last two lines "Raja kita selamat bertakhta."

Or have they been mouthing them with their index and middle fingers crossed behind their backs?  (This finger gesture means you are lying with the option of asking Toa Peh Kong's (God's)  forgiveness.)

Sad to say, this display by UMANY does not bode well for the future of unity and harmony in multiracial, multicultural, multireligious, multilingual Malaysia.

We have seen enough of such cankers in Malaysia.

.... and of course this too.

In Part II, I shall try to illustrate the pig ignorance of Malaysians where the history of this country is concerned.

What's new Pussycat?

Just read this today :

https://www.malaymail.com/news/malaysia/2020/10/06/fahmi-fadzil-malaysia-needs-new-politics-not-new-politicians/1909879

Many moons ago after a hiatus of  18 years when the Labour Party was left in the political boondocks, Tony Blair of the Labour Party won the General Election of 1997 and held on to the reins of government until 2007.  But, not before smashing Iraq (with his sidekick George Bush) and bringing chaos to the Middle East in 2003.

He was young, a groovy guitar-toting Prime Minister, just like the young and not so-young entourage Ministers of Pakatan Harapan when, with the guidance of a geriatric Ex-PM (ex-BN too) they smashed the corrupt Barisan Nasional in the 2018 General Election.

Tony Blair declared  a New Labour Party to differentiate it from the outmoded old Labour.  The young Turks in Labour weakened the influence of the Trade Unions, ended the commitment to the nationalisation of the economy  and substituted it with the Free Market and stronger ties with the European Union.

Pakatan Harapan had a new clarion call too, transparent, clean, multiracial, multilingual, multireligious, multicultural and may I add multi-kelentong agenda.  But with that came their multi-curdling great Hurrah:  MALAYSIA BARU, NEW MALAYSIA!!

Now that Pakatan Harapan are also swimming in the political slime of their own making (just like all the rest of Malaysia's political parties, including those in Sabah and Sarawak, to be fair),  we the rakyat are introduced to another political feel-good-slogan :  POLITIK BARU by the PKR Lembah Pantai MP Fahmi Fadzil.  I can't wait to see this new prescription for this defective country.

Shall we be given a NEW EDUCATION policy that sees the end of vernacular schools  and the compulsory  change to English language for Science and Mathematics?  Shall we see something daringly new and revolutonary (as befitting the once-NEW and radically brave Pakatan Harapan government) like the nationalisation of the economy and the imposition of death duties so as to guarantee a more equitable distribution of the nation's wealth.   It did Britain a lot of good to help it recover from a broken country at the end of the Second World War.  It will not entail any kind of blood- spilling revolution like that carried out by the Malayan Communist Party after the Second World War to ensure that everyone will be equal, that we are all equal under our skin 💪 - (Tee hee hee  giggles AsH) - "to each according to his needs and not to his wants". Bang goes Capitalism, Entrepreneurship, and 'Good Capitalism'  as well.

Nevertheless we shall persevere, what with all the NEW political parties mushrooming around us, catering to all shades of grey and white and black.  The catch phrase is "I can do it better (and cleaner) than you".  Even MP Charles Santiago could tell the DG of Health a thing or two about how to handle the rising cases of Covid 19!

Oooops.  I must include this.

Here's an all-inclusive, updated version for MALAYSIA BARU.

Merdeka, Merdeka, Merdeka.

Something is rotten in the state of Malaysia Baru.

The title comes from William Shakespeare's 'Hamlet' when Marcellus said "Something is rotten in the state of Denmark."

But in Malaysia Baru, putrefaction is a better word than rot.  The rot started with the previous government and putrefaction began to set in after GE 14.

The skin tissues refer to my Tanah Air.  The  anaerobic bacteria emanates from the present ruling regime.

Source : Wikipedia

And the product of their regime consists mainly of bucketsful of  bacterial gas.

One of the most pungent and toxic output of this squalid Alliance - of  Hope (?) is when certain quarters among the so-called  Anak Malaysia / Bangsa Malaysia slyly -  with the the support(?), connivance(?) and blessings of those in the know - arranged the import of the ashes of this traitor.    And on Malaysia Day of all days!

" Chin Peng  instructed Eu Chooi Yip, the chief CPM strategist running operations in Singapore from Jakarta to "sabotage" merger and Malaysia."  Above image is from
http://thelastlibertybroadcast.blogspot.com/2014/11/history-for-historys-sake.html

What do other other people and nations - I mean people who have sovereignty and pride in their own Motherland /Fatherland - do to collaborators and traitors?

Although in the UK, some of the traitors and collaborators of the Second World War escaped punishment because of their connections and class.  It would seem that Lim Chin Peng, the Secretary-General of the Malayan Communist Party also had strings to pull from the members of his tong pau (people of the same womb) - together with some Malay and non-Malay "sympathisers".

From Wikipaedia

Notice the pecking order of the label  for the Communist Party of Malaya - English, Mandarin, Malay and Tamil.  Exactly the same as in Singapore - though they do have a majority of 70+% Chinese.

" Lu olang Bulayu Malaysia jangan bising bising.  Gua ata tulis dalam Jawi."

Isn't it wonderful!  In today's Malaysia Baru, we are not allowed to learn Jawi in our schools!!

What more lu olang mau?

Taukeh  we want our  .......

Negara ku, Tanah tumpahnya darahku.

And this was also the oath taken by  Sgt Chee Sze Hsien(rtd)  when he responded to Taukeh Koon Yew Yin's demand that members of our Defence Force should be shunted to take the place of foreign workers in Felda estates.     Something similar to Koon's suggestion took place during China's Cultural Revolution (1966-1976) when Communist China's intellectuals were transferred to labour on  the farms as part of the "Down to the Countryside Movement".  But being an enterprising, canny tycoon, Taukeh Koon YY picks on the Askar-Askar (as most of them are Malays) not the shiftless young urban elites.

But then a brave and loyal Malaysian challenged this arrogance of Koon YY from Ipoh.

The Malaysian Armed Forces "did what we did because we want our children and your children to live in a better Malaysia."  Without "peace and stability " there would be no GAMUDA for Taukeh Koon YY and all his enterprising cronies who now make up the Financial Warlords of Malaysia.

I chose Sgt Chee's bold statement because it would, in the eyes of Taukeh Koon (and Taukeh LKS) carry more weight than a "lazy, unreliable, untrustworthy" (adjectives used by the PM of Malaysia Baru) lowly Askar Melayu.

And now we are told that the ashes of the leader of the CPM, a man who led a bloody insurrection which killed and maimed our civilians and young men in the Armed Forces and the Police Force - and a man who lived to the ripe old age of 90 - has been smuggled in by collaborators known only to the "Elite".

Oh Malaysians (some, not all).  You have no shame.

You can construct a mega-shrine, a humongous to'kong for LCP on Genting Highlands and cart his ashes and sprinkle them all over Gunung Tahan, but it doesn't make an iota of difference to the Malaysians who matter. A terrorist remains a terrorist wherever his ashes are scattered.

But think about it: what a fitting little scenario........  that the remains of this "Great  Leader" had to be surreptitiously smuggled into the Semenanjung like packets of amphetamines and sabu.

Long Live Malaysia Baru!  Long Live the Reformasi!   This will certainly boost your chances in GE15.
