My salam and best wishes for a contemplative and peaceful Ramadan to all.
It's a time for reflection while the throat is dry and the belly is empty.
While Malaysia is bountiful and blessed, I hope the hotels and restaurants will take in fewer punters and less profit during the Ramadan Buka Puasa extravaganza.
Especially at this time of year, my thoughts are always with the oppressed and dispossessed all over the world, especially in Palestine.

Selamat berpuasa to you too Kak Maz & Iain. Btw, could you please send me an e-mail pronto? I couldn't trace your e-mail address (it's in one of my folders; which, I can't find.. lol)
Thank you Wan Sharif and ph,

Mak aih! garang nya Cikgu kita ni! tak bersahur ke pagi tadi? ;))
Thank you Wan Sharif,
Tidak. Sahur tak tinggal. Tapi bila budak-budak ni hilang itu dan hilang ini, folder hilang, buku hilang, homework tak hantar, cikgu mesti mengamuk.
Tak percaya, tanya Din aka Rocky.
Salaam Ma'Ngah, bulan tak puasa, belanja for food RM15 per day per person, bulan puasa, belanja makan RM130 per day per person........ I think Ramadhan Buffets should be banned!
Salam and thank you Pootz in Boots,
You have put it better than I can!
It's dreadful when, in this fine and holy month we gorge ourselves like there's no tomorrow.
What example are we setting for the children and what memories of 'berbuka puasa' are we giving them?
Hope you and the family are in good health and your little angel is still as good as gold.
