On Se Quitte Toujours - We always leave

The packing's done. The house has been put to bed.

In 4 hours' time Yasir (Wania's Baba) will  take us to Heathrow  to catch MAS at 2000 hours.

We always leave
And the page is turned
To new  familiar faces
We look in turn.

And is believed to discover
The sun rises
And we see bloom again
The flowers of a new dream."

Farewell to Jack  and his garden and the heady days of summer.
Jack and spouse and Stanley

We'll be welcomed (I hope) with open paws by ...

TRUSTY RUSTY - who was warded again a month ago.

.......  and in time for a peaceful Ramadan for all.

  3. Welcome home and Ramadhan Mubarak. Its less taxing to fast from 5.40ish to 7.30ish instead of 2.30ish to 9.30ish eh :). Enjoy your break fast and what the pasar Ramadhan has to offer. I love my chippie round the corner but at the end of the day, there's nothing like Malaysian food.

  4. Salam Semenyih,

Apologies for the belated reply. Hope you're enjoying your 'chippie round the corner' for breaking fast. Lucky you. Could not get enough of chips the last time back because of my gammy leg.

But as you wrote, there's nothing like roti telur, kway teow goring, nasi goring kampung etc, etc- I hope that's making you wish you were here.

Have a blessed and peaceful Ramadan.
